The Nail Care Club was born from care and witnessing what changes when nail services are delivered with intention, presence, health awareness, and genuine connection. Working directly with clients showed me that nail care is about more than beauty. When care leads the experience, trust deepens, people feel seen, and the work becomes meaningful.
My journey through the nail industry has taken me across every tier. From New York Fashion Week, to productions, luxury in-home services, independent salons, pop-ups, private membership clubs, wellness-focused treatment environments, and spa management. I’ve worked hands-on with clients while also observing how different business models operate behind the scenes. That perspective revealed something consistent across every space: incredibly talented nail professionals creating beautiful experiences while struggling to build sustainable businesses.
At the same time, corporate nail brands continue to expand, not because their artists are better, but because they operate with systems. Pricing strategies, operational frameworks, brand positioning, client experience design, and revenue models give them an advantage independent salons rarely have access to.
Before entering the nail industry, I spent 15 years in hospitality, sales, marketing, and revenue management, helping open hotels, define brands, and build businesses using these exact frameworks. When I transitioned into nails, it became immediately clear that independent salons and solo professionals were being asked to compete in a corporate landscape without corporate-level support. This gap has only widened as California’s evolving legal environment places additional pressure on salon owners and nail professionals to adapt without guidance or infrastructure.
Beauty schools teach technique, not profitability. There is endless education around nail art and application, yet very little around pricing, operations, sustainability, or business strategy. Salon owners and nail professionals are expected to run businesses while fully immersed in their craft, leaving little time or capacity to focus on marketing, systems, and long-term growth.
That’s why the Nail Care Club was created.
The Nail Care Club bridges the gap between nail artistry and business infrastructure, offering hospitality-driven strategy, operational templates, pricing guidance, and modern tools so nail professionals can focus on their craft while building profitable, sustainable businesses.
We provide a management-style support platform for independent professionals and legacy salons, delivering the same resources corporate brands use to grow with intention, adapt to change, and thrive long-term, while preserving creativity, wellness, and human-centered care.
Whether you’re a salon owner navigating change, an independent professional working to sustain your business, or a legacy salon competing with corporate brands, the Nail Care Club is here to support your growth.
Because it’s time the nail industry receives the same care we give our clients.
Welcome to the Nail Care Club 🫶🏼

We envision a future where independent salons and nail professionals have access to the same business infrastructure as corporate brands and where care, creativity, and sustainability coexist in a thriving nail industry.

Nail Care Club exists to support salon owners and nail professionals navigating an increasingly complex and evolving industry. Rooted in care and backed by hospitality-driven strategy, our mission is to bridge the gap between artistry and business. We provide the systems, education, and resources traditionally reserved for corporate brands, so independent professionals and legacy salons can compete, adapt, and build sustainable nail businesses without being left behind.

The Nail Care Club supports independent nail businesses that are ready to evolve.
We work with salon owners and legacy nail salons navigating an increasingly complex industry. From changing regulations and rising operating costs to increased competition from corporate brands and growing client expectations.
Our work is for nail businesses that care deeply about their craft and their clients, but feel stretched managing the business side. For those who know they need stronger systems, clearer strategy, better communication, and modern tools, but don’t have the time or internal resources to build it alone.
If you’re an independent nail salon looking to compete in today’s market, elevate your brand and client experience, integrate smarter technology, and build a sustainable business model without losing your identity, the Nail Care Club was created for you.
